Returns and Exchanges Policy
Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the receipt of device(s). Returns will be refunded for the cost of the hardware. To be eligible for return or exchange, the item must be in its original packaging, including all of the original package content. License costs associated with the device(s) will be refunded for returns, while exchanges will require licenses to be cancelled, and re-purchased. Custom programming costs are non-refundable.

Refunds
Refunds will be made in the form of a mailed company check, or a credit to the company's account. Please indicate your preference when emailing info@omnially.com .
Shipping
Return and exchange shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
